here ye here ye!!!

New old post that was started on August 6th is now up for your viewing pleasure. Go to the right column and click n August and find the post with smiling grandparents! Yes there are Blogging giants laughing at our 98lb weakling attempts to blog, but we are trying and that has to count for something in the midst of sleep deprivation and living most of our lives away from the computer. Thanks for your patience. Steve, for the Team!

It is never too early to teach your kid how to skip stones across a river on a perfect night.

  1. YAY! More photos! Was this on your way to/from Eugene? Do you mind if I comment on every single one of your blog posts? Because I think I have so far. :)

  2. Of course we don't mind if you comment on every post! In fact, the more comments the better.

No, this was taken when Steve's parents were here (now several weeks ago). It's at the Sandy River in Troutdale, at a picnic area across the river from an RV park Mom & Dad will be staying at when they visit. In fact, you can see the RV Park in the picture, I just noticed.

I love this picture. I love a lot about it (including that I took it). I love Annie's eyes - how they look like they're anticipating where the rock is going to go or something. I also love how swaddled up stiff she is in this sort of action shot.

  3. Oh, wait. I guess she's not swaddled up stiff. Still seems funny to me, though.

  4. Yeah, I like that, too, about her eyes and how Steve is holding her.

    Happy 2-Month Birthday, Annie!!
